Sam is the President of the Board of Directors and founder of the PAR Foundation - an IRS registered 501 (c) 3 founded in 2005.
He is the founding Principal Owner of Bernard & Associates, P.C. focusing on various issues related to Emergency Management and Disaster / Crisis Behavioral Health. Founded in 1997, B&APC continues to provide services locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.

Joseph is the treasurer and co-founder of the PAR Foundation.
Achieving the Eagle Scout rank with all three palms with the Boy Scouts of America, Joe has an impeccable sense of service and integrity. Having served in the US Navy aboard the USS Batfish - a fast attack nuclear submarine, he brings his knowledge and experience of teamwork to leverage success.
